For Prospective Students

Graduate Students

The HIPPO group is always interested in including excellent new graduate students. To become a part of the group, you must first apply for the University of Florida’s graduate program in Industrial and Systems Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering. You are encouraged to email Professor Napoli to express your interest, to describe your background, and to tell about yourself. Professor Napoli receives too many emails from interested students to answer them all, but he carefully reads every one and revisits them while reviewing graduate school applications.

Undergraduate Students

If you are a UF undergraduate interested in a research experience, please feel free to discuss your interest with Professor Napoli, who has an open door policy.

Unfortunately, our group cannot accept undergraduate students from other institutions for internships.
